My late teens included a few psychedelic journeys, introducing me to the fabric of consciousness. After which, I sought out mystery schools, religion, philosophy, & psychology. My inner truth finding outside opinions to compare notes with. Who I am. What Truth Is. How we are. What life means. How I become.

Humans are a complex weave. We are comprised of various narratives, whose design and function are not the same. Some call it body, mind, & spirit. Christians call it the Trinity.
Our sense of self can fluctuate depending on which narrative, or center, we are actively using as a lens of perspective.
We do not say, “I am body, or I am hand. We say I have a body, I have a mind, even I have a personality.” Who is the “I” claiming to have a body?
A truth seeker eventually realizes a person can not become better than life, they can only become life completely, become whole.
Acceptance is powerful. I believe acceptance is synonymous with unconditional love. Acceptance is the function and origin of unconditional love.
We can not accept what we don’t understand. Therefore, denial, rejection, avoidance, or abstinance perpetuate ignorance and non-acceptance. Unity and harmony are products of acceptance. Acceptance requires an intimate relationship with captial “T” Truth. The deep fabric truths which our experience of reality are built upon.
